SD card read only - cannot save to it

aRCHOS 101XS - 64 gb sd card seems to be read only. Can access files but cannot save to it - says no such path....can i change it to read/write?

Check the path. The error is telling you that there's a typo or an app has a bug. (Or the card isn't mounted,)

For instance, if the card has a directory named

/sdcard/data/myapp/

and you're trying to save to

/sdcard/data/myap/

you'll get that error. (Missing 'p' in myapp.)
