I had just bought a 64gb sd card and it had loaded at first but then kinda started tripping out so i took it out of my phone and inserted it into my laptop and tried to format it but now it is saying it only has 8mb of space and now i and now i am unable to read it or format it no matter what i try any words of wisdom?

Use Computer Management (Control Panel/Administrative Tools) to delete all partitions. You should have 64GB of unallocated space. Create a partition using all the space, formatting it to FAT32.

If after deleting all partitions you have only 8GB of unallocated space, you have a counterfeit card. It's an 8GB card with a 64GB label.
