Whats up everyone? There has been lots of talk lately about sd card damage or people needing deleted stuff from sd. I have the solution use a freeware program photorec to recover from your sd. Im currently running as i type so far in 30 minutes time recovered over a 1000 files mp3 png jpeg ogg exe etc.

I discovered this earlier today why because somehow before i went to bed and got up about 6hrs i lost half of my sd files. So like evryone i want my shyt back and googled and tried others but this seem to work good and its free!!

Test Disk is also good (same site) if you deleted a partition, or repartitioned the card (or drive, if you're using it on a drive). Another good utility for recovering files from bad SD cards (it bypasses the controller, so if the controller is bad it's no problem) is ZAR Data Recovery Software

(If you try to "recover" pictures from a "new" SD card, you might be surprised.)
