sd card removed unexpectedly on galaxy ace GT5830i

i bought a galaxy ace GT-5830I, from first it had problem with its voice while recording video, after removing this software problem AND rasetting that and updating to new version 2.3.6 , my phone has found problem with its memory card and alternatively it show on error that * Sd card removed unexpectedly *, and after showing this message the voice on vidoe recording will find noise, i change my phone motherbored too, and changed sd card, but no changes. . what should i do now? please help me

Have you tried formatting the card through the phone?

Very strange two of my friends recently faced the same issue & I asked them to format the card in the phone. In one case it worked & the problem was solved in the second case it didn't & the problem persisted but that phone works fine with a 8GB card. Maybe you should try formatting it, if it works fine if not then try another card, that way you will be able to pin point whether its the phone or the card.

i had this problem too. i changed my sd card and the error ( sd card removed unexpectedly ) removed, and the noise of video recording too, but when once again i reset my phone to factory i hadnt any error , till that time that i started install software from samsung app, after installing one program , my voice on video recording find noise again, and sometimes i havnt any noise on voice and mostly i have. . now samsung service customer asked me to dont install anything, but its not solution. please help me , i want to have no noise and i want to have my softwares too .
