sd card removed

i have a galaxy note 2 and i just got my 64 gb sd card and it works but keeps saying sd card suddenly removed please insert new card. i even took it out and waited a bit then put it back in and turned on the phone and it keeps doing it. i even formatted it but still keeps on help what to do. and i also need to make the sd card default also.

If the Note 2 is compatible with the 64GB sd card try formatting it again, then after inserting into phone choose the option to erase the sd card in the menu/settings/storage section. When done reboot phone. This should help the phone recognize it better.

the issue of sdcard removed arises due to removing of device frm pc or laptop without permission.
try another sdcard it would work fine.
