Help SD card troubles

my samsung galaxy Q was being really slow and have a lot of problems with surfing the internet. eventually i got so annoyed by this i decided something was wrong and i factory reset my phone. when it was done i noticed a lot of changes, the "my files" app was missing the music folder (i have a lot of music on my phone) and i had a 3g icon on the top of the screen. i got pretty mad when i couldnt listen to any music so i reset my phone again, and i had all my files back but i couldnt load music on my phone because apparently i dont have enough space on my sd card. but it wont let me format my sd card. it also says i have no applications installed on my sd card. is there any way, other than formatting, of deleting everything on my sd card?

I suggest opening the disk management utility... deleting partitions, creating new one, then formatting using SDFormatter, LINK:
