Help SD Card Unmounted?

My phone randomly decides to unmount the micro sd. Thought it was the card but my computer has no issues. Is there a fix for this?

Occasionally my phone will hang or reboot as well.

check if your sd card is full also i think you removed the sd without unmounting it first on the device..there are 2 solutions
1.try another sd card card and see if you can that same error
2.make sure you did not remove or damage the sd card pin
