1. Wipe clean all the dust from the mini sdcard and the mini sdcard Reader
2. Check to see if there is and damage on the sdcard(like maybe some piece of plastic) got stuck to it, same for the card reader
3. Has the phone ever ggot dropped or the insides of the phone ever got wet?(check by looking at the top of the battery. if its pink its been web. if its white its untouched)
4. take it all apart and let AIR go trough it(Not taking apart like Screws, just the basic stuff)
5. Check your settings and check your apps. Download Zoner and see if theres any viruss(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zoner.android.antivirus)
