How do I transfer photos from external to sd card?

Transferring data can be done in different ways.. I'm not sure if you mean transfering information from your computer to your sd card or transferring data between the internal and external storage on your phone so I'll just give you all the info. Transferring data in your phone from internal to external storage can be done with a good file manager. you should have one included in your phone but if not here is a good one. If you want to transfer data from your computer to your phone, you must plug your phone into your PC and in your status bar on your phone, depending on your phone, you will have connect to computer options available and the one you are looking for is either called usb storage(aka USB connected) or sit may be called "MTP" and that option will be part of some choices like "charge only" and "PTP". all these options appear in your status bar when you plug the phone into your PC via USB cable.
