How so I move my music, pictures and downloaded apps from my system storage to sd card.

I don't know the phone, but for music and pictures I'd suggest using a file explorer app (e.g. ES File Explorer, but there are many others).
For apps it's more difficult. If you are running 2.2 or 2.3 then you can use the Applications menu: view the app, and if there is a "move to sd card" button that is not greyed out, you can use that. Note that not all apps let you do this, and if the app has a widget which you use you should not move to SD (the widget will fail if you do). If you are running Android 4 or later then you cannot move apps to SD.
