Can all my videos and pictures be automatically stored into my SD card instead of my device memory?

Yes, normally the storage option setting is within the camera app - one for videos and one for camera pics.

how about the downloading of videos?

Hi

I believe downloads have to go to the phone storage (in a folder callled download on my phone) but once they are downloaded you can move them to sdcard using a file manager app such as ESfile manager. They should play from the sd card ok.
