How to format a sd card for the galaxy ace phone

Hello and welcome to Android Forums. Hopefully I can help you with your problem.
You can do it several ways. Probably the easiest would be to open your phone settings and go to storage. You should have an Unmount option and a format option. Unmount the sd card and then it should ask you if you want to format it. Either that or just choose the format option.
You can also do it via a computer. Most micro sd cards needs an adapter for the standard sd card slot or they even make them for USB too. Just insert it into the computer and go to My Computer. Find the drive that is the micro sd card. Put your mouse pointer over the drive and right click on the mouse. Choose the format option. MAKE SURE YOU ARE CHOOSING THE CORRECT DRIVE OR YOU COULD WIPE YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM!!!!
