You won't be able to move apps - that functionality was removed from Android in version 4.
To move other stuff, I'd just use a file explorer app, select the files and move them to the card. Some file explorers call this "move", others "cut" and "paste", but it's the same thing. If you don't have a file explorer (I don't know what Samsung include) ES File Explorer is a popular free option.
Try clearing some app caches to get some working space (if you haven't got a cache clearer, just go into the Settings > Apps menu, select social networking apps, browsers, stuff that is likely to have cached temporary files, and then clear their caches individually.
