I put my photos on sd card from Samsung pocket phone but when I insert the card into new phone galaxy ace the photos are not showing. what do I need to do.

It depends on why they're not showing. Put the card into a computer (using an adapter, not a phone). Are they showing there?
Install SD Insight. Press the "eye" in the upper right corner. Is the card the size the label says it is? (If you try to put more data on a card thsn its actual size, you end up with no data on the card.)
