Make a back up in Clockwork recovery. Then transfer all the files on your sd to your computer and then reboot into recovery and partition it at 512 and 32. The partition option is under advanced. Then when its done partitioning it turn the phone off (I wipe and format everything including the sd before removing) , remove the sd and put it on your computer and move all the files you copied back to it. Then put it back in your phone reboot into recovery and go to back up and restore and restore the back up you made.
