Just download Rom Manager. Go down to where it says "Partition SD Card" and follow directions.

i partitioned once, but never figured out how to use the apps2d program that is supposed to come with my rom.
but from what i remember it will only let set 512 as max. maybe more with the updated rom managers and recoveries. i wouldn't bother going over 1gb if it will let you.
i selected 512 when i did it i believe.

i can't find it.. that's the problem.. lol
it works fine with stock froyo.
maybe i am missing something i haven't looked that hard tho cause i haven't really needed it. it was before froyo was released that i last looked for it. it was supposed to be included with the rom i was using.
