Help SDcard not visible under android 5.1

Hello,
I can see all the files on my SDcard, but when I connect the USB cord and select USB Drive to see files on my PC, then the sdcard is no more available on the android file manager


Someone as an idea ?

I'm confused. The link is to a thread about someone who cannot access their SD card on their device but your text suggests you can see the SD card BUT not when connected to a PC? What device do you have? How does it show up in Windows Device Manager? Have you downloaded/installed drivers for it?

Sounds like a USB driver issue to me. Your phone manufacturer should be able to point you to the appropriate PC driver for download and installation.

I had that happen to me. I backed up EVERYTHING onto my SD Card, removed it, went through EVERY SINGLE app on my phone & cleared the data, then did an FDR, restoring as a new device & it was all cherries!!! Hope it helps...alot of work, I know.

Hello thanks for your help.
I changed my sdcard but still have the same problem...
In fact it looks like my sdcard can be view on my pc or on my phone but not both at the same time...
I will ask to JIAYU ..
