SDCard Upgrade,best way to backup all

Hi,
I am planning to mount a new SD card 16gb, Now i want all the data(messages, contacts, mms, market apps, settings etc ) as it is into the new 16gb SD card,

What is the best way to backup,
I have apps which backsup into SD card but i want the same into my new SD card 16GB,

Please help me

copy the entire contents of your sd card to your computer, then once you have the new card in, let the phone set up the card and move all the content back across, just try not copy over files that will be written onto the new one
