I was looking on expansys and see they have SE Neo listed twice but one is a little cheaper and says EU, does this just mean it just has an EU charger? or would there be any other difference.

SE has a few different EU regions does it not, although all will have English. You will just fine that some will have French, German, Italian etc - and others may have Eastern European languages, or Scandinavian.

I don't know how it impacts on software updates, but anything sold in the UK must by law have a UK plug supplied - even if it's just an adapter. The manuals come on the phone/web now pretty much so that's not an issue.

Go back to Expansys and ask for clarification. 'EU' is very vague... I mean the UK is part of the EU for one thing!
