Help SE xperia play problem!

Hello,

I need urgent help with my new Xperia Play.

i cannot open my xperia play, it stuck at Sony Erricsson Text,
but i can open it when i connect it to PC or charge it, but when i remove the usb chord or charger it restart right away, and it will stuck again in sony ericsson text,
please help me,,

btw, when i open my phone trough my PC or charger the touch screen is not working, i only use the dpad,,plss help..

Any help would be appreciated.

btw, i already tried repairing it tru Pc companion,still no luck,

Try using the Update Service to re install the software this would be the best bet to resolve the issue with the handset.

i already done reinstalling the software tru SEUS, as well as pc companion. but still the same,.

Then to be honest there are not a lot of other options left than a repair agent unfortunately

What happened leading up to this, ota, root, unlocked bootloader, etc?

Is there anything special we should know (see list above)
