Seamless sync with Outlook

Does anyone know if any of the Android phone manufacturers provide a seamless sync interface (i.e., their own internal software similiar to iTunes for the iPhone and Blackberry Desk Top Software for Blackberry) which permits syncing between an Android phone and Outlook (calendar, contacts and Notes)? I am very hesitant to use software from a third party provider (e.g., Compainion Link) due to the difficulty of getting good tech support to solve issues.

You don't need an app or 3rd party software to sync Outlook Contacts and Calendar with Android. Instructions are at the following link. It works great. It works automatically. And it's free.

HTC Sync (HTC) and Kies (Samsung) have the ability to synch calendar and contacts with a local copy of Outlook over USB. I don't believe either of them will synch notes.
