Help Search/Back buttons fire non stop

Hi,
I don't know what triggedred this problem but last week my Shine plus started acting out with the search and back buttons firing back and forth as soon as I touch a button (Home, phone, menu, power off, search or back).


I'm too much of a noob so I haven't rooted the phone or anything. I've tried upgrading the firmware to V10D. I've done a hard reset, but that's the lenght of my knowledge right now. I can't even find the proper .KDZ to try to restore using Seanre453's .zip file


Pretty desperate for some REALY fool proof way to blast my phone back to non-spasm mode.

Wirte back, tell me what to post, I donT want to spend on repairing it!

To be quite honest, sounds like a hardware issue more than software... If you did a hard reset and upgraded firmware, no software fix will resolve this, I'm sorry to say... Unless someone else has an idea?
