Can we get rid of it?

No , You need to install a custom launcher , Go Launcher , ADW Launcher , Launcher Pro , iLauncher , Launcher 7 , Espier Launcher , Nova Launcher , Apex Launcher , MIUI Launcher , ETC

It can't be removed , I just hate the app drawer , Not A-Z , Its Time installed/LG's way

The search bar is great for me , I like it , But I Don't know , Just me!

You can freeze/remove google search...but you will still have the + symbol.
If use wp clock and align it to the top it looks like its gone.
Id post a screenshot but i can't yet.

If you hit the menu button while in the app drawer hit reset it will be in A-Z but it will be system them apps just in order :thumbup:
