Hello all...First posting / new to the forum...
Galaxy Note 1 and Note 2 phones..using built in email app... connecting to an IMAP server (running Mdaemon)..
Users using IMAP account to email server wants to be able to search for an email say 3 or 4 months... the email is there on the server as we can check this via webmail access to said inbox, but the Note only searches a set shorter than that.. and the email is not found.. clearly its not on the phone.
I am sure memory usage is a factor, but these users want access to older emails. I see no options to "extend" time range on the phone to search emails.
Help!
