search results in French?

I red forums about this problem and it seems I'm not only one. If I search something on Google, results in French pops out. As advised in forums, I cleared my catche, in search setting I have English as preferred language, but still results are in French. What's wrong with Google. I never even visited France, as for regional settings

Make sure you have location set in Google and if you use a VPN may be the problem

Try this IP address location info site, see what it reports.

May not necessarily France, but it could be in a francophone country or region.
