Searching for a lost App

Hello :)

I just got my phone back from the geek squad due to a broken camera, and they gave me a refurbished one. Everything is great but I have re-outfitted my phone with the apps I love and I cant find my fav notepad! Here is my jank version of what it looked like. LOVE LOVE LOVED it! Sooo does anyone know the name?

In the future, you should get one of these apps that saves apps to your SD card. I use AppSaver so I always have it just in case I need to refresh my phone. It's free and it saves them in nice .apk formats to share with ANY compatible Android device.

Not sure exactly what the app is called though lol there a couple million note apps.
 
The format of that app looks identical to a widget for Tasks by HTC.
Go to Add a Widget,
Browse all HTC widgets or Get More HTC Widgets.

If that's not it, maybe it will hold ya' over until you find that needle in the app haystack.:)
