On my phone, secret code means your MSL. The MSL is unique to the phone. There is an app that reads your MSL and tells you, but you must be rooted for the app to work:

Okay, I get the idea. But what are you lookin to do or find on your device? There are different codes to show a certain info depending on what you are looking for.

Some codes aren't available to the public. I believe that is one of them. As I said before, you would have to contact your service provider for further assistance.
