Secure Settings

I am mot root-ed and prior to today I have never tried to use the Secure Settings plug-in.

Secure Settings has actions that require root and actions that do not require root.

As far as I can determine, I have to be root-ed in order to enable the plug-in for use with Tasker.

Has anyone who is not root-ed successfully installed and activated Security Settings in Tasker?

I have it installed. It has to be enabled as a device administrator, have you allowed/added it? I'm not rooted so can't use all the functions but it does allow some.

I've not used it in a while though, I just have a few basic tasks running.

It is enabled. I just want to do something really simple (like change the text size) as a first step to see how it is used.

The YouTube video shows that SYSTEM+ must be enabled. When I attempt to do that it is rejected with a message that root is required.
