Security patern for Andy pad

Sorry, hopefully this is a really basic problem but my 10 year old daughter has forgotten the security patterns he has created with the 9 dots other Andy Pad, we have done a reset using the small pin button but it stil won' let us get past the first page so we are completely stuck"......... Please help as she's only had it for a week!!
