This is an awesome ROM BTW. But I had these issue recently

Hmm the battery thing sound suspicious. Although I've seen "improve your battery life" ads on Google adds a bunch lately, this sounds different.


I "think" Gvoice just added txt integration recently. Last time I updated it had new permissions for SMS. If you look under settings there are choices related to it.

Do you use a Gvoice # ? If so check the the "use Gvoice for SMS setting"

The battery message is very suspicious but, the permission notification is a security feature of MIUI, you can manually manage what every app is allowed to access.

I'd do a data wipe in recovery to get rid of whatever app is warning you about the battery.
