Hi all

I have a totally unmodified HTC one m8 on the 3 network in the UK. I began to get repeated crashes of Google play so I restarted and it went straight to the fastboot screen. Now it's stuck in the fastboot and won't startup.

Running "fastboot getvar all" gives

Is this a virus that's modified the software?

I have no idea what the next step is. I saw some posts about RUUs but couldn't figure out if that was applicable to me. Any help anyone can provide to save my phone would be really really appreciated!

Thanks
Steven

Note I've also Wiped cache partition in Recovery and performed the Factory reset in both Fastboot and Recovery.

No joy.
