Seeking a "local" file mirror app

I'm looking for an app that will automatically sync selected folders from my A500's Internal Storage memory to mirror them into a folder on its external SD card. All the apps I am finding are designed to sync to the cloud or to a PC. Does anyone know of an app that can do what I want? Ideally automatically at a set time every day, but manual would be better than nothing.

I didn't find what I was looking for, but I did find something that eventually proved to be even better.

Disabling the USB Mass Storage connection option in ICS was a really bone-head move by whoever came up with the idea. But if you like to copy YOUR files to YOUR computer from your A500 (without being told which ones you are 'allowed' to copy) I have found a solution.

I had been copying them to an external USB drive, then recopying them to my PC for archiving. But there is a much better way. I am using Cheetah Sync Premium from the market (play store). It works very well to sync the files by WiFi to my PC, and even does differential comparison for future syncs, so only new or changed files get handled, making it much faster.

Cheetah Sync works equally well with Honeycomb and ICS.

Take THAT, draconian ICS programmers! :D
