please tell me about the android app that can disable a call recorder,at my opponent side have insta

Isn't the use of the recording outlawed by your government unless both parties consent to it being used?

What if the other person is just using an external recorder to record the conversation?

Correct. If they've installed an app on your phone you can uninstall it (one way or another), but if it's on theirs then there's nothing you can do.

but dear i will tell you for your information that i have a recorder app in my cell phone and last day i have received a call ,which can't be recorded...it means that by receiving this call my recorded have stopped

Are you sure the recording app just didn't work? A lot of these recording apps can alledgedly, be unreliable, if you read the forums that is.

Yup, just think about it for a second: how can an app on your phone stop an app on someone else's phone from working, when the only connection between the two is the voice channel? This stuff isn't magic, there needs to be a way of sending instructions for something like that to work (and something on the other end that will act on those instructions).
