Another vote for RealCalc. My math/science tools folder also contains "Area & Volume Calculator", "ChEZ" (a chemical engineering toolset), "ConvertPad", "Tide Prediction" (useful for field work), "agileSciTools" (cell dilution calculator), "gMol" (molecular weight calculator), and "Ultrachron Lite" (great stopwatch/timer).
