Was on contract with Tesco mobile
had Sony L1 phone
Got Motorollo G7 upgrade
sim tray faulty on Motorollo
Tesco refused to fix for free
in dispute taking legal action
Went to sky
got sim only contract
using Sony
as Motorollo phone nework is locked

Is there a way I could use my Sony network using wifi
or blue tooth on my Motorollo so I could txt and call from the Motorollo
using the Sonys connection?

The Sony is a really old phone
I want to use the power of my Motorollo
with the network of the Sony
I am able to tether and use the Sonys internet access wifi or g4
Motorollo can use internet and take photos
its just sad its got so much power and Im stuck using a phone
that freezes all the time
The internet on Sony is really slow
but the internet on Motorollo using the Sony network is really fast.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Another query, I use the Sony on the street,
so the robbers can steal it,
would like to know if theres a way I can use the power from my Motorollo to boost my Sony
is there a way for eg
if I can get the Motorollo to make calls
then I just use the sony to use the Motorollo phone from the SOny lol
if you can understand my thinking :D
Would also love to use pow

Your account information with your carrier is what gets stored in your SIM card. That's what any phone uses to authenticate your cellular service account so by putting your SIM in a one phone or the other is how your cellular service is used only by that phone. Your phone number is directly tied to your cellular account too so it's not the phone but the SIM card inside the phone that matters.

Thanks for your response svim
I get that its the sim that makes the call, I was just wondering if theres an app, maybe like a cloning app or manipulating program so I could like control the phone with the sim through wifi or bluetooth on my new phone that has no sim, as ive downed alot an no luck yet :(

nope there is nothing like that other than a voip, but that will not be thru your phone's provider. and it is frowned upon talking about cloning on this site.

Im so sorry if I caused offense asking about cloning, I get that cloning can be used for bad activities, I have no intention of doing anything illegal. Thanks for your knowledge. I guess I will just use it as a camera and surfing in bed :D
