I just purchased this case from BB and for the life of me can't figure out how to remove it without damaging the phone or case. Any suggestions?

Yea, that. Best case I've owned for a phone IMHO.
Highly agreed. (Except I got the Innocase II directly from Seidio, same thing though)

That is correct! Applying pressure near the seam on the bottom piece and slide the two halves open!
We certainly hope you didn't try that! We don't want you damaging the case or worse, your new EVO!
