Help Self unlocking screen-lock

Hello,
I've got HTC Desire Z, not Rooted. Somehow after turning it on or after restart, while beeing locked down it shuts on by itself, lock/power button not stuck, however it locks itself on. This goes on sometimes for a few hours, sometimes a day or few. I have no idea why it's happening.
Any ideas how to fix this annoying bug?

it may be a default on your phone or did you tweak somewhere in the settings?

Maybe I didn't describe properly my problem. Phone unlocks itself after being locked(screen lock, screen timeout, dunno how to tell). I'm not doing anything, phone is in idle, nothing is running, nothing is downloading, but somehow it manages to unlock itself. But only after the phone has been shut down and turn on again, or after restart..
