Ok, so I was in the sd card of my phone and decided that I wanted to flash a custom ROM for jelly bean, and was in recovery mode, then went into clockwork recovery to wipe data, but while in wipe data it

Were you using a 4.0.3/4 kernel when you wiped?

Files to be downloaded:
PC ODin
CM9 Safe Kernel
Abyss Kernel
JB ROM, kernel & gapps (the ones you want)
Copy Abyss Kernel, JB Rom, JB Kernel & GApps on to your SD Card.
Flash the CM9 kernel using Odin
boot into recovery
flash Abyss Kernel
reboot recovery
install ROM, GApps JB Kernel (In that order).
Wipe Cache & Dalvik
Reboot.
This should do the trick IF you havent bricked the eMMC.
PC ODin
CM9 Safe Kernel
Abyss Kernel
JB ROM, kernel & gapps (the ones you want)
Copy Abyss Kernel, JB Rom, JB Kernel & GApps on to your SD Card.
Flash the CM9 kernel using Odin
boot into recovery
flash Abyss Kernel
reboot recovery
install ROM, GApps JB Kernel (In that order).
Wipe Cache & Dalvik
Reboot.
This should do the trick IF you havent bricked the eMMC.
