Help Semi freeze on low ram

Hi my LG g3 has recently started semi freezing when the ram gets low. As in I can still use the app I just opened but the home and other such buttons will light up when touched but do nothing. Has anyone else experienced this. I am ROOTED but have not installed anything in a long time.

Since you are rooted,perhaps something you've loaded up that requires root is causing the problem.

What sort of root modifications/additions have you added to your G3?

I have xposed with g3 tweakbox, notify clean, greenify, and scroll to top. I also unlocked hidden settings to add the themes function that was disabled on my verizon version. Busybox and lucky patched also added
