Help Send audio as a voice message?

Good morning,

We are organizing a joke for a friend's birthday, and as far as we are concerned we recorded a series of audio that we should send them that day as a voice message.

We tried to record directly from the phone, but the various audios lost quality and felt a bit "robotic". Is there a way to send them and have them receive voice messages?

N.B. Telegram, not Whatsapp.

You would have to call them in order for it to be as a voice message. You can do it via a text message
