Help Send but not receive

Dear Forums,

I have a user with a droid razr maxx.

They have a google apps domain with email.

I used the email app to activate a pop account from this google apps domain.

They can send, but not receive email to this account.

I verified port settings, and did a test for outgoing and incoming on the verify server settings button of the email app. Both came back okay.

Any idea what might be wrong?

I've been seeing your unanswered post and have been thinking about what could be the problem.

I wonder if the person has another device or pc that pulls new email and deletes it off the server in the process, before it gets a chance to get to the phone?

Dear Sharondippity,

It is possible. I will have to investigate that.

However, before getting this phone they had outlook on their desktop and a blackberry connected to this account. As far as I can tell no changes were made to outlook, the BB was deactivated, and the droid was activated on their account and then attempted to set up email.

Thank you for your suggestion. I will post back if this is successful or not.
