send my phone to htc or o2

i phoned o2 re my phone with the well known wifi probs after having my phone for 5 months. Phoned o2 and they were clueless about the problem, Should i go into a o2 shop with the phone or just call htc my self ?

Not sure what to do!

It's hidden in pretty small text along the bottom of the One X on HTC's site. If you go for the online chat thing (it's another of the tabs), they're normally pretty quick to respond.

I always go to my network, but if O2 were clueless, I'd go with HTC. It's bound to be a known issue to them (it's so widely documented). They may tell you to go to O2 first though.

ok so my phone was suppose to be picked up by UPS on a friday and they never turned up! not htc fault though. It was picked up on Monday and returned on the Friday in the same box looking a bit more bashed and no protection inside - i sent the phone in bubble wrap etc etc, lucky the phone was ok!. So i turned the phone on and i got the exact same problem I doubt they even looked at it. So contacted HTC again on Monday and got picked up on Tuesday, got the phone back 8 days later but in a nicely packed box and the phone was protected with a clear plastic! and this time it was fixed

SO for me its very hit and miss, suppose it depends what technician you get!

I'd a similar scenario with Asus and my Tab, I had to send mine back 3 times though!

Anyhoo, glad you're all sorted, that's the main thing.
