I'm pretty sure you could setup tasker to do this. someone a bit more knowledgeable will need to chime in.

It helps to specify your requirements. We only know what you tell us. You want to forward SMS as it is received from one device to another via bluetooth and it has to be free? Any other requirements?

There's a lot of apps that share via BT (see: https://market.android.com/search?q=bluetooth+file+share&so=1&c=apps). Hoccer comes to mind specifically (https://market.android.com/details?id=com.artcom.hoccer&feature=search_result), so I guess the OP could start there and move on to the list if it's not exactly what's desired.
