Help sending a short video

I have tried to send a short video that I made with my phone. I tried text and it saids the file is to large. i tried email it saids the same thing. My question is how do I convert it smaller.
 
Turn on your video go to settings tap on recording mode switch to Limit for MMS. Take the video but your gonna have to stop it no more than 50 or 55 seconds or it will tell you file to big to send. That's how I send it via text. Hope this helps.
