Help Sending back my rooted (soft brick) phone to Verizon

So the other day i managed to root my phone, all went well. But then i decided to flash TWRP to my phone and now the only thing that my phone does is go to the lg logo and then it doesnt start up after that. The download menu thing and the recovery options are available but when i press them they dont work and the phone still doesnt power up. I tried flashing it from my pc but i had no success and i tried all of the methods online and still nothing.
Verizon is sending me a new phone, when i send mine in, will they charge me for rooting and soft bricking it? I read that they dont really care but does anyone know?

Have you tried Verizon Software Update and Repair tool for LG? If you can get your phone into download mode it should be able to fix it and return it to stock out of the box condition.

Which LG model do you have?
