Help Sending Contacts to SIM card??

Wonder if anyone can shed any light on this for me. I use Google and all my contacts are sync'd with my google account, however I now have a Pama Alpha handsfree bluetooth unit and it can down load up to 250 contacts from my sim card so I have caller ID etc on the hands free unit. The problem is I can't find whether I can export my contacts to the SIM card on the Incredible S.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I managed to find a way, but its one at a time, which for now suits me as I didn't want all my numbers on my hands free blue tooth kit, so the way I have done it works fine.
