Help "Sending Failed", can't send email with attachment

I cannot send, reply or forward an email with a picture or attachment on my S5. I already removed all email accts,re added and cleared cache. Any other suggestions?

Have same exact problem with my S3 cannot send anything with a attachment so it hast to be something with the android OS. I am using Verizon as a carrier.

Let's start with

• the name of the app that you are using to send the attachment
• the type of Email account you are using on that app
• When this happens, are you on WiFi? or using mobile data?
• the size of the attachment
• the type of attachment (extension)
• the source of the attachment (is it on your phone? or are you trying to attach from online storage)
• Does the Email allow the attachment? or is it failing to attach itself?
• What happens when you click the send button? Does it stay in the outbox? Does it present an error message? Does it strip the attachment and send the Email?

I don't think it had anything to do with the OS, because it works fine on other devices (including mine), and I run the Android OS too
It is more likely an app setting or email server setting, or a bug in the app.
