sending over tcp/ip

Is it possible to send a Hex or ascii packet with tasker?
What would be the best solution?

I`m new to all this.

If you're talking about creating your own TCP packets, probably not. I don't think Tasker has access to the stack itself.

I got the eth008 webrelay (http://www.robot-electronics.co.uk/htm/eth008tech.htm) which is controlled by sending hex or ascii pakets over tcp. There is also an app called Devantech which works perfectly fine. But misses the point of using tasker automation.

What about a javascript that send pakets over tcp?!
