Is there an application that can allow the user to manually send data to another device? For example, two mobile devices are connected to a wireless router. The user types in a 1 and hits send. That data is sent to the router and then routed to the other mobile device which will then receive a 1, or whatever information was sent. I'm mostly concerned with the sending part. You could also think of it like a phone is connected to wifi but instead of going to a browser and typing in a url and letting it do the work, you type in exactly what you want to send somehow.
