Help Sending Photo by Email

My girlfriend misplaced her manual for her Samsung Admire Android phone.
She wants to know how to send a picture by email.
She will take a picture with her phone and the phone puts the picture into a gallery.

She wants to know how to get a picture out of the gallery and send it by email.

HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to Android Forums!!! You can open the email app and start a new email. In the menu of the email is 'add attachment'. It will open the gallery and you select the picture and it sends. If you then want the picture off the phone you have to delete it.
